5 MOST POWERFUL WAYS TO MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY

Speaking from pure experience, I truly believe that anyone can change their life and transfer their dreams into reality through ways of Manifestation.
At first, I have found the idea of manifesting something into my life rather imaginary and slightly bazar... how can somebody just 'manifest' something extraordinary out of thin air?
Well let me tell you something, you absolutely can! You can manifest anything that you dream of having - as long as you follow this specific formula, which I am about to reveal to you...
Once you discover the next steps, I strongly encourage you to find the most suitable method for you, and start manifesting! There is so much out there for you to gain, all you need to do is ACT!
The destiny is in your hands. It can only be controlled by you. The choices you make, the decisions you take, the mindset you possess; all shape the reality you live in!

1) SCRIPTING
This is the first method that has successfully worked for me, and continues to do so till this day.
1) First, take a notepad or a piece of paper.
2) Next, focus on the one thing that you extremely desire right now - this can be as little or as big as you wish.
3) On the piece of paper, write an affirmation in the present tense expressing your gratitude in one sentence;
I.E: I am thankful for my health.
I am grateful to live by the beach.
NOTE: Ensure that the sentence is long enough for you to comfortably write it repetitively.
Which brings me to the next and most important step:
4) You must write the same sentence either 11 times for 1 day, 33 times for 3 days, or 55 times for 5 days.
The aligned numbers raise vibrations to the universe which help with the delivery of your affirmation.
There is no right amount out of the three frequencies, whatever you feel works best for you, is the one you should go for!
REMEMBER, the moment you start writing, you have to believe it and feel as it is already yours! Any doubts or concerns will prevent the process.
Once you have completed all the chosen days, leave it be and forget about it, just get on with your day!
The Universe shall deliver when the time is right.
2) AFFIRMATIONS
Very similar to the previous method.
1) Take a piece of paper and write down as many affirmations as you wish in the present tense starting with "I AM"
IE: I am happy
I am wealthy
etc.
NOTE: If you write your affirmations in the future tense, they will always be set in the future and therefore will never arrive!
2) Next, read aloud or to yourself each affirmation as many times as you need to until you feel like its in your presence.
3) Repeat this every morning or night for at least 2-4 weeks.
Keep the piece of paper near you as a reminder that the affirmations are in progress of arriving to you!
3) MEDITATION / VISUALIZATION
This is another powerful method which has helped many individuals.
1) Sit or lie down in a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed for a short while.
OPTIONAL: You may also put on meditation music/guided meditation in the background to help with the process.
2) Next, relax your whole body and forget about all of you worries and concerns for the time being.
3) Once you are in a calm state, visualize yourself being in the present moment of your goal/dream. Express gratitude and pay attention to what you see and how you are feeling at that moment.
4) Do this for the next 5-15 mins until you feel completely satisfied and certain that you goal/dream is on its way to you.
5) Repeat this process consistently until it becomes a habit.
4) USING WATER
Ah yes, it's possible - I've done it!
This can be either conjoined with the "I AM" Affirmations method or visualization.
1) Get a glass of water and sit in a comfortable, quiet place until you find yourself in a calm state.
2) Next, either visualize each goal or read out each affirmation repetitively until you feel like it is truly yours.
3) Once you are satisfied with what you read and/or visualized, take a sip of water - this confirms your belief and raises your vibrations to attract your goals/dreams into the present.
4) Do this with every goal or written affirmation, until the whole glass of water is empty
Remember to express gratitude throughout the whole process and avoid having doubts or distractions.
5) Do this for as many days or weeks you feel is necessary.
5) VISION BOARDS
An oldie but a goodie! This method is classic, fun, and always powerful.
1) Find pictures either from the internet or a magazine that represent your goal.
2) Once you have selected the best represented pictures, stick them onto a large piece of paper or online document, then hang it on the wall as a poster or save it as your screen wallpaper.
This way you will be constantly reminded of your goals which will lead you to automatically visualize them each time you take a look at your board.
Another fun way is to create a Pinterest account and save relevant pictures into your own private board. This way you're also motivated to continuously search and envision your goals which also raises vibrations.
If not, simply save pictures from google onto your phone and constantly look back at them.
3) Look at each picture individually, envision and take note of how you feel being in that moment, then move onto the next.
