By booking a reading through Mystic Serenity with Miss Weronika W., you hereby agree to the following conditions and policy for booking as stated below:

CONFIRMATION
Once you have requested a reading, you must make a full payment as stated on the website in order to receive your reading.
Once the payment has been successfully made, you will receive another email regarding successful transaction and confirmation that your reading is being constructed.

TIMING
You must allow 24-48 hours for the reading to be constructed. 

COMPLETION
Once the reading has been constructed, you will receive an email with an attached PDF document (completed product).

CANCELLATION & REFUND
Once you have requested the reading and made a full payment, you are not entitled to request cancellation or refund. 
Should you have requested a reading and not made any payment, requested cancellation will be automatically imposed.

Should you have requested a reading, but only made half or some payment, refund will not be allowed and full payment will be encouraged in order to obtain the completed product requested.
(Cancellation will only be imposed should you refuse to pay-up to the full price as requested on this website.

PRIVACY AND CONDUCT
You agree to all of your provided information, booking details and readings to be kept confidential and stored securely on our system.
You agree to be respectful to Miss Weronika W. and the spiritual world.
You agree to not copy, sell, reproduce or exploit any services provided unless written consent has been provided by Miss Weronika W.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or personal emergencies) Miss Weronika W. reserves all the rights to delay the construction of reading - which you will be notified about through email.
